Over the last decade, he has been primarily focused on Agile transformation projects enabling their clients to improve their end to end software development capabilities. It includes teaching, mentoring, coaching IT and Business team members in various Agile frameworks and practices. A seasoned Agile practitioner, experienced in running several corporate workshops in Scrum, Agile, Kanban, Scaled agile frameworks.
Based out of Singapore, Ram is on a mission with an Airline client to enable new ”ways of working” based on Agile values and principles, helping them to be the leading digital airline in the world.
